Shipping Policy

We ship to the following region within Asia Pacific: Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam. For orders outside the region, please visit our AirBell global store

We ship free of charge to Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand with an order value of USD50. A standard flat USD5 shipping fee applies to all other orders. There is a maximum limit of 5 AirBell per order. For larger purchases, please contact us directly.

Once your order is processed, your AirBell will be shipped out within 3 business days. You will receive your tracking number via email. We are working hard to ensure that our product are shipped to you promptly. Due to the global pandemic, the current expected shipping time is 2-3 weeks from order confirmation.

Return and Refund Policy

We've sold over 100,00 AirBells to date, so we are confident that you'll absolutely love the our product. If you are not satisfied with the purchase, we accept return and refund request within 30 days of receiving the order. No question asked. 

Simply send an email to with your order number and our customer support will follow up with your case. We aim to respond to your request within 3 working days. In the case of a return shipment, the refund will be refunded to you upon receipt of the goods. Shipping charges will be refunded only if merchandise is found to be defective or damaged.
